If I look back on my entire journey in fitness, almost everything meaningful I’ve learned came from working with great coaches. Not just reading articles or watching YouTube — actually being coached.
• I learned how to train hard from a guy named Instructor Thomas in 2008.
• Jeff wrote my first meal plan that same year.
• I learned the basics of barbells from Ben back in 2009.
• I spent years training with Chase, a national champion Sprinter.
Since then, I’ve never stopped learning.
Bodybuilder splits. Full-body strength. Track Running. Powerlifting. Yoga. Paleo. Zone. Macros. Vegan. You name it.
I’ve gotten lean. Got Fat. Got lean again. Got Fat AGAIN.
Until one day I said: enough.
I hired coach Brandon. And this time, the work wasn’t just on my training and my meals.
